We aim to despatch goods as soon as possible (within 7 working days) after receiving your order. When you place your order, the next day will be considered the first working day. (Working days are Monday to Friday). However, sometimes due to stock & supply levels, please allow up to 28 days for despatch.
Please Note on all orders excess packaging will be reduced to save weight on Postage.
In the rare cases when we have a problem getting an article we will e-mail you immediately we know. No charges are made to any customer's Credit/Debit card for any orders until the goods are ready for dispatch.
On any occasion where items may be out of stock, both here and at the manufactures, for an extended period of time, items in stock will be dispatched. The remaining items will be dispatched as soon as available. Split orders will only be charged as dispatched. Where applicable Postage and Packing will only be charged on the first part of the order. Subsequent parts of the original order will be sent P&P free.
Providing you supply a correct e-mail address with your order, we will inform you when we despatch your goods.
No contract will exist between Lawton’s Lingerie group and yourself for the sale of any goods until we have despatched the goods to the address you have supplied with the order and confirmed it to the E-mail address as given.
All orders placed and contracts entered into fall under the jurisdiction of the English Law Courts.
Postage & packing in U.K.
Postage & packing in U.K. is £3.50. This is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Sales ordered over £50 are free of carriage, UK ONLY. If goods are returned from sales with free carriage, bringing total sale value to less than £50, P & P will be charged at £3.50 per order in the UK.
Due to Royal Mail Regulations a Parcel cannot be considered lost in post until 15 Working Days after posting. All prices include U.K. Value Added Tax at 20% VAT will be deducted on all orders outside the European Union on the final invoice. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FAULTY GOODS If goods are returned within 7 working days from date of invoice, (Extra allowances made for Festive Occasions: Xmas, Easter and Valentines, etc.) with all the original packaging and labels still attached and have NOT BEEN WORN OR DAMAGED, we will gladly refund the cost of the goods or exchange. (P & P is non-refundable). Goods after this period will only be accepted by prior arrangement. Goods returned after 3 weeks will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Please use invoice/return slip as proof of purchase. We recommend you return goods by recorded post. This service insures goods up to £23.00 in value. Goods are the customer's responsibility until received on the premises. A charge for p&p at the appropriate rate will be made on exchanges. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty please return with packaging and invoice/return slip as proof of purchase. Faulty goods will be returned to the manufacturer for report, replaced or credited. BUYING TO RETURN Please note we do not support a policy of sending out large numbers of items in different sizes, in the same style, for trying on and then to be returned at a later date. The returns/exchange Policy is for people who have ordered the wrong size by mistake and wish to exchange their goods.
